I rated 4 1/2, but not able to pick that number. Great service, but I sent two emails requesting follow up, which quick response was received. We were happy to have picked Switch it for our Timeshare removal.

This company is amazing. We tried other companies including the big name Financial company. Switch It blew them away with customer service. We actually felt like they were guiding us through the process step by step. They made it easy and we have never felt more free. I recommend them for anyone trying to get from underneath a vacation plan that isn't working for your family.
