Frustrated at first. BUT Helpful customer service
Although it was easy to begin the process, my gift card is still at large since July 22 and I have been able to reach no one to help me problem solve the issue. I received an immediate response from my initial review. Customer service was able to cancel the initial order and send out a new gift card. They responded quickly and were very helpful
