I was missing a couple of items off of my order. The order on my end said complete. I phone customer service, and a cheerful Sebastian was able to quickly resolve the issue and have the items resent!! Thank you Sabastian!

My package was lost and Angela pleasantly and quickly got approval to fully refund my purchase. I’m looking forward to re-purchasing the SMEG coffee pot. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a polite and helpful CS representative like Angela!😊 This is why I’m a loyal Sur la Table customer.

I ordered 2 beverage jars on clearance. One of them had a broken lid. Daemon took my phone call. He quickly resolved my issue by replacing the item. His assistance was extremely efficient, and I am very pleased with the timeliness and assistance I received. Thank you!
