Unfortunately I had to cancel a cooking class as my husband and I both got sick. Daemon was extremely helpful, and was able to provide a full refund so I could rebook the class for another date. I was very pleased with their customer service.

I’m super grateful to Heidy in consumer service today. The first person I spoke to told me that I couldn’t make a change in the order I placed last night. I called back to get a second opinion. Heidy was helpful, cheerful and kind. Also, she made it easy to make an adjustment to my order and overcome the mistake I had made. Thanks Heidy!

I order some new sauces that I'm dying to try, but also ordered some vanilla that leaked all over the package. Christopher took care of it so quickly and sent me a replacement. Thanks for making everything so easy (and delicious) Sur La Table!

I have recently purchased the Pearl Dinnerware from Sur La Table. In addition, this week I completed my set with the pasta dishes and the meat platter and pasta bowl. When my dishes arrived yesterday 2 of the pasta bowls were damaged. I called the customer service number today and talked with a very nice young man named Jason. He helped me in getting replacements in the process of being sent to me. I don’t even have to go back to the store to exchange anything!!! Sur La Table has great customer service and their representatives are very nice to talk with. Keep up the good work! In this day and age, kindness is not found everywhere!!!!
