I unfortunately had to cancel a cooking class due to family illness. This posed no problem and a refund was issued immediately. I will definitely reschedule. The service rep, Itzel, was very helpful.

When I only received a partial order, I called Sur la Table and spoke with CS Rep Daemon. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He checked on my order, acknowledged and apologized for the error and let me know that the missing items would be shipped to me with delivery within 5 business days. All of this in less than 5 minutes. I wish other companies had customer service representatives as helpful as Daemon!

Good Evening, I had a unique experience with Christopher H. today. I needed help on my Return to Sur la Table. Chris was patient, soft spoken and polite, respectful and very helpful. He went out of his way to locate another Item for me to purchase, to replace the Item I was returning. It felt like the good old days when Customers were treated properly. Pleasant and peaceful; only thing missing was Tea and Scones. LOL Thank you, Veronica Dahle

I called customer service after I entered the wrong shipping address. I talked to Chris who was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting my item shipped to the correct address. I’ll shop here again!

I called Sur La table this morning to confirm an order placed last evening, in which I never received an order confirmation. Daemon was extremely pleasant in reassuring me that the order was placed and was successful. Not only was he extremely helpful, but answered my call in a very cheerful voice. Which early in the morning surprised me, and I even commented this to him. More people in CS should be as professional as Deamon and eager to help as he was. I’m very great full. Janet Lourian
