Christopher was very helpful. I was upset I'd have to pay shipping on a large box that I feel was sent to me by mistake. I appreciated his offer of a prepaid label.

I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. Great job, Rafael!!
