Chris assisted me in ordering an Al-Clad double boiler. My original order was canceled because I didn’t respond within the timeframe. Chris applied my original sales price and reward amount, along with free shipping. He understood my problem and was able to resolve it. Excellent customer service! Thank you

I had purchased my items online as a wedding gift and i was informed that items were missing. I called customer service and spoke to Christopher. He was amazingly professional caring and understanding and immediately resolved my problem. WOW WOW WOW ABSOLUTE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE THANK YOU !!!

I purchased an Item on sale, but the vendor sold out of the color. I was able to contact Christopher who was amazing. He place a new order for a different color and honored the sale price, after the sale was over. Thank you Christopher !!

I had to cancel a booked in person cooking class and was already past the 48 hour cancellation policy. Christopher (Chris) in customer service was very helpful and polite and helped me with the cancellation/refund. I was able to repurchase the same class for a later time.
