I ordered a peppermill and did not realize the autofill on my iPad had my old address from CT. I contacted Customer Service right away. Ian responded the next day and advised the order can be redirected once the order was shipped, within a few days it was. Currently waiting for the delivery I trust the service I received. Thank you Ian for the assistance. This was my 1st order will not be my last.

My Item originally was lost to a package pirate but Amanda and the great customer service and SLT made sure I had a new product at my door asap! Will only ever shop at Sur La Table! A++++

I had an unusual circumstance that led to me needing to reschedule my cooking class and the way that Jose handled the situation was so empathetic and compassionate I was taken back by it. What could have been an awkward or frustrating conversation more into one that truly touched me, so thank you Jose.

Ordered a set of beautiful fruit containers for my fridge through Apple Pay but did not pay attention correct delivery address. Daniel, customer service rep, was patient, understanding and going to right department asked for help to ensure items delivered to right place. Moreover Daniel followed up with email with confirmation. This little step makes me feel a peace of mind. Daniel is amazing, best in class customer services.
