I ordered the wrong colour of phone case and reached out to request that my order be modified. The quality of the Samsung 25 Ultra holder is good quality. I was just surprised the clip broke. But you didn't give me a hassle about replacing it and that kind of loyalty to your product and customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated. I know I was within the warranty window my question is what is the clip break again? And the first broke less than a year. This will be my only concern. Ps I recently purchased one for my wife a few weeks ago and she loves it.
