All I wanted was to replace my cracked front tempered glass screen protector half of my fold 7 case. Instead they shipped me a whole new case free of charge!

Fantastic case and after care service! Highly recommend the hard case for Samsung Fold. As a tradie, our phones get knocked about and this product is the only one I trust to protect such an expensive and fragile phone. Be sure to take up the extended warranty. After care service was excellent as well. You won't regret your purchase.

Had an issue with the stand falling out from the back of my case and as soon as they saw I had the issue they responded almost instantly and immediately after sending pictures they sent me a brand new one. Honestly I didn’t know I had a warranty. Thanks for standing behind your product!
