Love the features on the case, however after eight months, the case started separating. The company stands behind their products and they sent me a new replacement case. Waiting to see if this one will last longer.

I am giving Supcase 4 stars only because their Unicorn Beetle Pro‘s belt clip is the weak point of the case set. The belt clip top clip breaks. When the phone is not clipped-in, it can catch on the seat belt anchor in the car, or it can break from just normal use. This is not uncommon with this type of belt clips made by other manufacturers, as well. However, if Supcase would sell the belt clip separately as their competitors do, in my opinion, they would earn a 5-star review for this product. As far as the latest interaction with Supcase Customer Service, they get a solid 5 stars. Their response to my request to honor their warranty is nothing short of excellent. They stood behind their product, as promised. Their response was fast and exact. I had a replacement case set in my hands in less than a week. In this day of excessive automation and impersonal responses, this is phenomenal.

My SUPCASE broke and was covered under warranty. The customer service was excellent, and a replacement part was sent out to me very quickly. I gave 4 stars because the part broke and I had to deal with it. Very good I do not need to use a rubber band to hold my phone anymore!

The replacement was quick and simple, but the quality of the case still remains subpar. I'm hoping it goes more than 2 months without breaking
