I was originally quite upset due to the issue in delivering the product, FedEx had notified me that the seller must update the description of the item in order for it to be cleared to ship, I had reached out to them to ask if they would do so, but the item was returned to sender before this was resolved. However, since then customer support has been helpful in issuing a refund or being willing to reship if needed.

My psv works prefect no complaints there but my trimui smart pro is where things go down hill although it seems like a great console, which were my initial thoughts and it could just be mines but every time I attempt to play nds or n64 either the controllers are not working, the screen is just black, or it’s just kicks me out and not to mention the screen which came with stains and seems to have air trapped in it which when playing you wouldn’t really notice sometimes, but out of both consoles I had high hopes for the trimui but again it just be mines but still I’m disappointed

I don't know how to access the games. I thought it came preloaded with games and that it was going to plug and play but there's nothing on any of the channels. I'm not sure if I am supposed to figure it out or the system is broken. Plus there are no instructions on how to access it. As of right now I would not recommend this system to anybody. It's still just a brick that boots up and does nothing. What step am I missing? Where's the email that you said you were going to send with the missing step instructions?

I bought handhelds from your store over the past year , but honestly you raised the price and lowered the quality. My vita came with a broken R trigger , and after a day or 2 of what i thought was a smudge on the screen turned out to be dark spots in the right lower side of the screen.. Not to mention it no longer came in it's original box , and it came very late. I was very disappointed..!

I'm still having problems trying to play games and it goes nutty half the time I have to restart it and wait and restart It again to get it to work
