Final examination was a very lengthy process. Also had many technical problems.

This is a convenient way to get prereqs done quickly and on your own time. The process is just much more tedious than going to class with an instructor. There are no lectures and barely any videos, also not the easiest instruction to follow for labs. Proctor U for the final exam was the worst examination experience of my life. Invasion of personal privacy as well as electronic data privacy. It took me 3 hours to do my exam and I didn’t even get the entire allotted time. I was kicked out of the exam and by the time the proctor let me back in the time ran out.

The 101 philosophy class final was pretty unrealistic. I read all the material, took notes, did all activities, and studied for three days and got a crappy grade on the final. This seems like a very difficult class to get an A in for a 100 level course. The multiple choice is also a horrible way to do philosophy. As a senior in college I would recommend adjusting the difficulty level of this class.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with your company. The course contained WAY too much content for the final exam to be closed-book, closed-note. Additionally, when I was taking the final, there was a 10-15 second wait for EVERY QUESTION to load once I’d submitted the answer to the previous one. Given that there were 60 questions, that equations to a waste of 10-15 minutes. The exam is timed at two hours, so that represents a huge chunk of time taken away from me. I did not finish the exam.

The UI is not great. Every page took a lot of time to reload. It was easier if every class was on one page instead of multiple pages

The test platform was terrible. Every time I submitted a question to move onto the next question in a test, it took about 30 seconds to submit the question and move on. This was in all of the tests that I had to take throughout this course. The proctoring service for the final exam is the worst proctoring service I have ever used. When I called to discuss all of the problems I was having I had to wait on hold forever and the customer service was terrible.
