I ordered the replacement wheels for my travelpro bag, it now rolls smoothly, much better than the original plastic "bearings" that came with the bag.

im happy with the items i ordered all are of nice quality i just need to find out how to return an item for a different size ill keep looking

I bought a Crew 9 bag from a local mall before deciding to take it back and order a Flight Crew 4 bag. Now that I have it, I know it was a much better choice. I much prefer the better wheels and they are replaceable. So far so good...first trip in the morning. Stop-Over Store was great. I called them when I didn't understand about the handle wrap. It will follow in a few days, which is better than delaying the bag. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Overall a wonderful experance. I ordered my repair wheels incorrectly and talked with a real person on the phone to remedy to order. Calm kindness was all I received and the issue was resolved in minuets. I now have the correct wheels and in a very short turn around time as well. I will only shop here in the future.
