I just used one of our two new 22" suitcases, and I did feel like I was in heaven. Zippers and handles worked effortlessly; wheels glided everywhere. Our other suitcases were 15 years or older, so we are delighted that we treated ourselves. Earlier in the year I needed a J-hook, and the company found what I needed. Working with people on the phone at the Stop-Over-store was an exceptional experience. Both people that helped me knew their inventory and answered my questions expertly. I would not hesitate to recommend this store. Sometimes talking with a salesperson is better than ordering online.

Ordered a LuggageWorks suitcase and received it very quickly. Stop-Over Store definitely seems to be a go-to place for a professional pilot, and I will most certainly be a return customer! Only one source of confusion which was probably some kind of code issue in their website: When I first placed the order, it said "Fraud" under status. The status was later updated to reflect that it shipped. I was definitely confused at first, but I received my order without any other issues.

I got some inline skate wheels and repaired my luggage that the airline managed to bugger up. Saved the price of new luggage. Website was very helpful and guided me through which wheels I needed. Delivery was as promised and the product is as expected. I would use them again.

Stopover is a fair business to deal with. You receive exactly what you see on the website. Prices are competitive, I just wish they had free shipping with smaller orders! Maybe wishful thinking!
