My stethoscope came quick as promised. It is really nice. However the extra ear piece for a smaller size were already cracked and I cannot use them. How can I get them replaced?

The Littmann Stethoscope arrived quickly and as ordered, including engraving. Slightly higher in pricing than other vendors, but availability and customer service worth it.

The stethoscopes are such a great gift for our new DVMs, fresh graduates. This is the second stethoscope ordered with engraving. The first was engraved and lettering was black which was much easier to read. The most recent purchase was engraved but you almost have to tilt it in good lighting to see if the engraving is there. Much prefer the black lettering. Still, a great welcoming gift.

Product was great, but box was destroyed when shipped. As it is a gift for my daughter graduating from nursing school next month, I had hoped for an intact box for presentation. I have emailed twice, asking them for just a new cover for the box. I have never received a reply. D- on customer service.

Super fast delivery, engraving is beautiful. Stethoscope is just not the one I wanted/expected. :(

The spare parts are a great fit to my Littmann classic II stethoscope. I bought the parts in hopes that they would arrive on Monday before work, but they arrived two days late.

No problems.
