Customer service was efficient and answered my questions in a timely manner.

Very easy to navigate.. only issue is I had to provide tax docs and paystubs to verify/prove every single job I listed.. which can become time consuming.. other than that easy peasy..

I was given a direct response to the question I explicitly asked, but the underlying issue I had with the checking process which led to the question was not acknowledged or addressed.

The company was easy to work with and easy to contact. They made the process easy to navigate.

The reps were very helpful in assisting with my problems and went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.

The process was generally quick and painless. I did reach out to customer service to see if my drug test results had been received, and customer service was relatively fast and very friendly. However, I would have liked to have received a notification that my drug test results were received so that I wouldn't have had to call customer service in order to find out, even though that wasn't a huge deal.
