I believe details such as how many addresses are needed would make format because I had to go through two different representatives to find out " how many years back I had to provide information. So a delay when waiting for customer service and I wasted time.

Great place to have your background checked. I had to call for help with a form. The person I talked to was very nice but hard to understand. I did have to have them repeat a few things.

The Cust.Serv Rep that i was able to contact was very informative and knowledgeable in the policies for the client in which i was hired. fast and factual information relayed to me regarding my 'process'

After submission of my background screening information I realized after review that I'd missed some needed dates. I contacted Sterling via email shortly thereafter and they responded quickly. The representative was professional, prompt, and confirmed resolution of the issue expediently.
