Easy and friendly use

The customer service was very useful and answered all my problems. But I had an issue where it would auto log me out while I was filling out my information, so it took me more time than I wanted to finish it.

I had nothing but professionalism with anyone I dealt with at your company. Very thorough staff when dealing with any difficulties and very prompt service when called upon.

I appreciate how the website's instructions were easy to read and follow. I did have weird issue where I couldn't reach the submission page after completely filling everything out. Fortunately, since signing out of the website and signing back in solved the problem, I only removed one star. Overall, Sterling provides good service!
