My third time buying from step up stair parts and this is my first review. Couldn't have been better. They got my order right each time. The order was shipped out within one or 2 days of ordering and tracking info was sent. They are becoming my go to place for stair parts i cannot get from my local vendor.

This is my second review. David was extremely responsive and helpful so I could get what I needed. David or somebody thanked me for the first review. Obviously I’ll keep singing praises, TrustPilot has a glitch somewhere-I only made one purchase. When asking for stars, both times as soon as I try to give you 5 it send me to this page. StepUp Stair Parts is a solid site high quality craft products and the backing of attentive Customer Service which made placing a large order easy. Customer Service was able to modify my order after catching a mistake I made even after placing it. My walnut handrails arrived safely and even my installers noted the natural beauty and sturdiness of the product.
