The paperwork for the PPP loan forgiveness and the application for the ERC's was too complicated for the average business owner to handle alone. The time and chance of error was just too high. Stenson Tamaddon did a great job and has really upped their game on communication with their clients. The fact that they have a way to stay on top of the paperwork with the IRS is a huge bonus. I reached out to Stenson Tamaddon to learn more about the ERC.Tony N. was my first contact. He spent an hour on a Zoom call with me listening and asking questions to be sure I had a good claim. It was a very informative. Tony was extremely helpful. He explained the next steps and sent me a checklist of all documents required. My claim was then transferred to an Account Rep. who contacted and sent me their findings and report prior to submitting it to the IRS. I found the process entire process to straightforward and relatively easy. So far, so good. Now, I wait.
