We do apologize that you are having issues with your order. Per policy, we default our phones back to factory settings, but if you received a phone that was not defaulted or is defective, please contact us 800-564-8045 at your earliest convenience so we may resolve this for you.

We purchased a refurburished mitel 5324 office phone and it didn't work. The phone was never set back to factory settings.

Was not informed that some items were non refundable until I tried to return one still new in box and was refused. Customer service was nice though.

We do apologize that we cannot honor a refund per our company policy. Our company policies regarding returns, warranties, and more, can be found on our website. Unfortunately, handsets are non-refundable and we cannot take them back due to sanitary reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

I bought new phones. I have the same brand phone that bought but it doesn't have caller ID. The salesperson said these have caller ID, but they don't. Your service said I need to call the IWATSU programming department but that doesn't exist, so essentially I bought new phones that do nothing my current did. I would like some help or return these.

NO Caller I.D. feature! Was informed Samsung Prostar DCS/RAM2 came with caller ID, but it did NOT. We could've spared 3X's the cost & time had we just ordered RAM1. Was informed (by professional technician) the components could have been corruptively switched out prior to purchase...

We bought QTY: 30 of Plantronics S12 Telephone Headset System NEW at 82 dollar each from this company and after a few months the units start broken all the plastic piece then we call them and they wont replaced . Don't buy anything from them bad customer services.

We value our customers and do apologize that you were unhappy with the customer service you received. As stated, the items you purchased 8 months ago had broken recently and you wanted them to be replaced. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill this request. Per our policy, if the items received were damaged or defective, we would offer a replacement if you contacted us and shipped the equipment back within 30 days. However, based on your description of the damage and considering the time elapsed, it seems the headsets were somehow physically damaged or had broken due to normal wear and tear. Consequently, this type of damage is not covered under warranty. We can help you find other items that may better suit your needs or you may purchase the same items from us, however, the same warranty and policies will apply. I tried to purchase two DSU III AR DC 1200270L1 units. I gave them my information, but that wasn't enough. I was in a hurry and needed to get the items for a customer we support at Motorola, but they tried to get me to fill out a form, which didn't make any sense to me. I never hard an issue a supplier until now. I didn't have the time to go through the process of filling out a form, emailing it, and then waiting for an unknown amount of time for someone to approve the order. I will not make purchases from this from this company now and in the future. I work in an environment where things need to get done as fast as possible, and I don't need something like this slowing me down when I have Federal customers to serve.

In order to protect both our customers and our business, if we come across billing and shipping addresses that do not match, especially with large orders, we must proceed with caution. Because your order fit this criteria, per our policy, we contacted you soon after your order was placed and asked you to fill out a credit card authorization form. Typically, once we receive the completed form, they are processed in a timely fashion, however, you chose to cancel the order instead. We understand the frustration that may arise when you need an order promptly, however, we were simply following our protocol. It is unfortunate to hear that we have lost you as a customer, but we wish you the best.
