Starkey hearing aids have helped me connect with my world again. So many daily sounds were lost to me and forgotten. I no longer feel isolated in a crowd. I only wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to purchase them.

Easy to use, comfortable. Good technology support. Just on the edge of needing hearing aids, glad I got them early. Not one of my many friends asking people to repeat things.

I love my new Starkey hearing aids. The fact that I can adjust them to an level of noise or environment means a lot and is so important when you are in different venues during the day and night. I just wish the batteries lasted longer!

Refered by an associate. Contacted starkey and was promptly referred with an appointment to crystal clear. The first appointment went great and devices were purchased. Crystal clear shut down. Followup contact is lacking. Some of responsibility is on me. The crystal clear office is open on reduced hours. Hours were not posted at last visit. I have not been back. However I have not received a contact call either. ☹️
