The issue with batteries that seemed to not hold power was resolved through their troubleshooting! Staff are helpful and considerate.

The quality and performance of the hearing aids are excellent . What most differentiates Good Sound Audiology is the superlative service and demeanor of Jose Rodriguez and his staff. It was such a delight that to encounter their advanced professionalism.

Weekly appts after receiving the hearing aids was very helpful and informative. No one knows what to expect and what is normal. Chris listened to concerns, made adjustments as needed. Great customer service. Loving being able to hear.
