Both the Audiologist and her receptionist are very helpful , take all the time that is needed and made me feel comfortable calling when I had questions after visit.

After several months of trying the aids…due to concussions, when I use the Sid’s, I get light headed …thus I cannot use them .

Assistance from staff has been great, trying different settings to help get the best performance. I am disappointed with the wind noise when outside on a breezy day. Biggest problem is still getting good quality voice retrieval when in a classroom or restaurant. I love the rechargeable feature= lasts all day and prefer a lid that closes blocking the signals while it charges.

Honestly, I didn't have much of a choice. My insurance will only pay for two kinds. I feel that the hearing aids are fine. However, I feel that the business that I got them from was "all business". I was in and out! They need to understand that this is a "big deal" for those who get them later in life. It truly is life changing as I know it is for all ages, but have some patience with us.

My previous hearing aids had nice stiff wires connecting the aid and earpiece. These new ones have wires that are very "floppy" and hard to guide into my ears.
