Could be better for the costs
The only complaint I have is that the hearing aids constantly disconnect.

Personal & knowledgeable
Friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to trust I am getting the best hearing aids for my needs. I am not good with technology, but I feel more comfortable knowing I can go to the office for extra help.

These hearing aids are ok
These hearing aids are ok. They don't really help my hearing that much because my type of hearing loss is hard to address.

It took two tries but I now have a pair…
It took two tries but I now have a pair of hearing aides that fit my ears well and I appreciate the extra effort Corey Grace took to make that happen.

so far, so good
so far, so good. The devices are easy to insert and the clarity is amazing. Adjusting the volume is also easy. And I love the easy charge without relying on batteries. I was surprised at how quickly I had to replace a wax guard, but that is the fault of my ears and not the device. So all in all, I am very happy so far.
