What an awful product and company!!! STAY WELL. Crooks and thieves!!!. I bought their brake light product which took weeks to arrive, when it did it did not work. Trying to talk to ST2 Systems customer service is terrible. I have sent the item back to them (tracked and signed for delivery. I can see the item has arrived back to their company and they will not refund me. They will not respond to my emails, my social media posts. The company is terrible and should be avoided at all costs. They're thieves and criminals. Rubbish product, rubbish customer service, rubbish company. I will continue to chase them for my refund as they now have my money and their product and I am left out of pocket. Awful business.

I purchased the SMART BRAKE MODULE but found its triggered by bumps in the road making it activate the BRAKE LIGHT ON EVERY BUMP....dangerous for riders flowing...not properly developed ... see my you tube Demo on my channel - whitelight Tony Gordon

What a load of rubbish!!! Fitted to my 2016 triumph street triple and all is does is flash under acceleration and deceleration. Appsolultly useless do not buy from these people I messaged them multiple times and only got one reply asking if it was fitted properly. The answer is yes it is as I am a 25+ years mechanic. This is junk item….

Bought brake module, fitted it correctly to my yamaha. Whilst riding bike the brake light was flickering all the time. I checked module to find the cover had come off exposing the circuit board. Looking at the module the circuit board is glued to the box and also the cover that had come off was also glued on as there was 2 blobs of glue on top of the circuit board.

Installed on an aprillia RS4, constantly flashing unless unit is near vertical in which case it doesn't flash at all! Contacted st2 systems to which I was told to install it with the wires tilted higher than the rest of the unit which I had already done - waited and tried it in my sfv650 as it should be smoother but still the same, they don't reply to my emails now and are dire aftermarket care. They take your money and go! not happy at all!

Despite being told my KTM 1290 2018 model was compatible it's absolutely not - it's installed correctly but brings up rear brake lamp warnings on the dash - have had to disconnect it - trying to get a refund from their 100 day satisfaction guarantee but no response whatsoever from support and the WhatsApp number they give is not recognised on WhatsApp - avoid this company

I was keen to install what I believed to be a very useful safety device to my BMW R1150rs. Being a big flat twin engine it has a lot of engine braking so I thought this would be a good idea. However, when the item turned up and I unpacked it I could hear a rattle coming from inside the small box. Being an electronics engineer, alarm bells started to ring in my head, not that the item was broken, but that it was a familiar sound. After opening the small box my suspicion was immediately confirmed. A TREMBLE SWITCH!!!! A small silver can that makes and breaks an electrical contact based on movement. What's the problem with that I hear you ask? Nothing at all, if all you want to do is indiscriminately detect any type of movement. However, what this item is supposed to do is detect a specific type of movement, in this case deceleration. Movement in one direction only. What this item will do (even without testing) is detect ANY type of movement, from bumps in the road, acceleration, a good lean, and in my case the big twin engine itself, causing nothing but flashing brake lights. Also the method of wiring does not allow for the connection of a diode to the wiring, allowing positive current to run backwards in the system to the switchgear etc depending on the wiring of your individual machine. This is possibly the cause of the problems suffered by one of the other reviewers with a triumph. I WILL NOT even try to install what I already know is nothing more than a well made and presented GIMMICK. I consider the box it came in to not only be more expensive to produce, but eminently more useful. In short, this item is not suitable for the purpose intended. But it would make a nice rattle with a flashing light for an older child if you connect a bulb and a battery. DO NOT BUY!!!
