Don’t waste your money if you win it takes so long to redeem your money you won’t have any by the time you are verified. The worst. If I could leave a quarter star I would.

Thanks for the feedback Grady and I am sorry to hear this. We aim to make the redemption process as quick and easy as possible.

I had a bad experience with these guys... Games were though .. But I actually would like to change my review because I still haven't received either of my payouts and they are not very good at staying in contact with any issues...

They want payment verification through my Apple Pay . They want a picture of the card but Apple doesn’t offer a real card only virtual. Also they don’t have the numbers on the virtual card Apple also changes the last 4 digits of card for fraud reasons All the other casinos I’ve dealt with never had this problem Funny part is they verified two of my cards through Apple Pay that I use . But won’t verify the main Apple Card . Ridiculous

My account was restricted from purchasing after I became profitable playing games on the platform. If you plan to win, I’d recommend going somewhere else to play.

Stay away from this scam. For almost 1 week sending documents and still hadn't be "verified " couldn't withdraw anything. Yet they take money from me instantly. Funny how that works . You wont get your money. Stay clear

I am unable to redeem my winnings due to none of my VERIFIED cards listed as an option to redeem and when I try to add a card that I used for a purchase it is saying I am unable to. I emailed them which they took forever to reply and they responded with it has to be a verified card on the account after I just told them it’s not an option and it won’t let me add anything!! I emailed back but nothing they take forever to respond it’s ridiculous.

Would give them 0 stars. Sent a statement of a card that is no longer in use and yet it failed verification. Sent multiple emails trying to talk to someone about getting verified to get my redemption. Customer service is what driving me away from this site. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Ridiculous redemption time!! I won SC1,000 and it was a hassle to cash them out!! They make you wait 72 hours before they even process the payment… THEN I have to wait another 24 hours for them to actually send it to my bank! I cashed out on Monday, on Tuesday I accidentally hit the cancel button, so it started my 72 hours all over again. It is Friday night and still have not received my $1,000!! Then they have the nerve to ask me to write a “good” review here for sc10 credit!! GTFOH!!! Longest redemption times and take days for customer support to answer your emails! There Spinfinite, there is what I think about your infinite time to pay out!!
