Spinfinite.comReviews of spinfinite.com

Any Sweepstakes Casino that actually pays out is good in my book! They don't have live support but were quick to respond when I asked about my redemption and it was processed and in my bank the next day..just be patient and they will follow through!

I've redeemed 3 times with Spinfinite. Only thing i don't like much is waiting 4 days to get my winnings . The first time i can see.. but every time? Not to happy about that. The only thing that keeps me from playing more than i do currently. BUT other than that it has been a good experience and enjoy playing. Nothing bad to say about them. I paid for credits one time and they didn't show up . So i emailed.. the customer service was awesome (thanks Troy!) and he credited my account. So far i really like Spinfinite!

I have enjoyed using this app. It is user friendly and has a good variety of games to play. In addition to my playing experience, I have also had a very positive experience with their support team when I’ve reached out.

Spinifite has great customer service, they have a super quick response time if you do need to talk to support and are informative. They also have a monthly season pass option, which offers a great deal and I’ve been to several other platforms, no other platform is offering this.

Ok so this is going to start off bad but read to end ends up amazing. So im a gambler and I have literally every casino app on my phone. I have my own personal mini Vegas in my pocket. Anyways I got the notification about Spinfinite so I downloaded and bought their first package. I lost which is fine, I was a little disappointed but its to be expected heck its a casino. I was excited about all the daily bonuses but they never came so emailed and a customer service rep named Troy credited me 10sc twice and I still after 2 weeks wasnt getting them so I emailed again and he credited me 4sc and I ended up winning 500sc off of it. The redemption email came and just waiting on deposit. I ended up loving this site and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you for everything guys!

Resolved my issue quickly and effectively. James was great!

Deceptive advertising, and not responding to emails over multiple days. I made 2 purchases, both included boosted Daily Login SC to be claimed everyday for logging in. I've logged in everyday so far and have not received a single Daily Login bonus, which I paid for. They responded in 1 day when answering verification concerns, but for my purchase concerns no response for a week so far... is very just shady: Update: They responded and credited my missing purchases and even processed my redemption FAST - less than 24hrs. This turned my frown upside down.

I am advid player and I know there are so many sites to choose from and these sites work hard for our dollar! We'll the great ones do! They should try and get your redemptions out fast, they should have a loyalty reward system. Every site has that dreaded verification process and honestly depends on whk you talk to on how difficult its gonna be tk get that 1st redemption.Anyhow Won $1000 on Halloween and had not seen my winnings for 10 days. Finally I spoke with a spinfinite rep who said they had been having a hard time sending my redemption my bank was rejecting it and of course I immediately faulted the site as I have been getting redemptions with this card on othersites and we went back and forth he finally advised me to cancel my newest winnings and get a differant bank verified. So I contact my bank and they had recently changed from visa to discover and discover doesnt like these sites apparently. So I changed to a differant bank and the associate I was dealing with got me my redemption in record time. Love this site and once you get past that 1st redemption it is just as any of your other favorite sites. Great games and quick redemptions
