My Sperti arrived with a defective bulb. I called customer service. They found my order within 30 seconds, shipped a replacement the same day which I received the following week. Very professional and efficient!

We had issues when we first received our Sperti, it would not turn on. Customer Support was very helpful, walked us through many different steps to remedy. When it still did not work, they immediately sent out a new one and we returned ours very easily. I really wanted a full tanning bed but just don’t have the space, this is very easy to move around, if needed, and in the Wisconsin winters it is a ‘Must-Have’! We LOVE our Sperti!

So far I love my lamp. It’s easy to use and seems well built. I was told it was on back order and wouldn’t get it until after February 28th, but it showed up about a week early. I know I’m vitamin D deficient because I live in Minnesota, so this is exactly what I needed.

I just received my sunlamp and did my first session. It was easy to get started right away. I am hoping for great results and pleased with my first session!
