Speechpad is so easy to use, has exceptional turn-around times, at an outstanding price. They even get the acronyms for my industry correct saving me the time and hassle of going through the transcript. Highly recommend them and so glad a former colleague shared them with me!

I am a writer and I often work from audio and video files. SpeechPad makes it possible for me to deliver high quality content to my customers with fast turnaround - something they all value. I would not be able to deliver the quality of service I aspire to without SpeechPad's support.

My experience with Speechpad has been that they do a great job, even when the person has a slight accent and the subject matter is challenging and has a lot of words specific to a scientific discipline like biology. This last part surprised me! I really thought I'd have to do a lot of corrections, but that wasn't further from the truth. A dense discussion of human biology, replete with molecular pathways, came out with almost no omissions. I'm very pleased with their results and would recommend them to anyone.
