We were launching a big promotion, and Caroline helped us ensure our payment system could handle the extra volume. She checked in regularly and was always available to answer any questions. The promotion was a huge success, and Caroline's support was a big part of that.

Germaine helped us set up a new payment system that could handle our increasing customer base. He made sure everything was seamless and even stayed late to ensure there were no hiccups. Germaine's dedication and expertise have made a big difference in our growing business.

Toni really saved the day when our payment system crashed during a busy weekend. She guided me through troubleshooting over the phone and had us back up and running in no time. I couldn't believe how quickly she resolved the issue. Huge thanks to Toni for her quick thinking and support!

For over 25 years in my business, I absolutely hated dealing with banks and credit card companies and avoided changing them EVER. Martell called my business relentlessly 4 years ago insisting that he could save me money by switching credit card companies. My resistance was worn down by Martell's relentless pursuit, and I finally took a leap of faith and trusted him. I have been thrilled ever since. Martel and Germaine not only saved my small business money, they changed how I feel about credit card companies! They are a pleasure to do business with: they answered every call that I ever made, they helped me out when my business had to close during Covid, and they walk me through any processing updates that may need to be done. Martell and I speak occasionally for no particular reason- he calls just to check up and make sure every thing is going well. He is truly a honest man and very caring. My recommendation: If Martell or Germaine call, talk to them. If they say that they can help you, save yourself the time of doubt and believe them!

Wish I could give more stars! Super friendly and pain free process. Wish it would've been set up a bit sooner, but all in all, SFG is awesome!

Awesome! Very happy with SFG, but primarily our rep Martell who has been extremely helpful in getting our equipment up and running. The processing fees are very reasonable and I have never had any problems with payments going through. I would highly recommend SFG to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable payment processing solution.

SFG has made a smooth transition in replacing my previous credit card processor without missing a beat! From setting up all of our transactions through our CRM, to having an account manager handle any questions or concerns that may arise (as well as resolve them quickly), SFG makes it easier than ever before for small businesses like mine just starting out.

SFG's customer service is second to none. I never know when my payment needs will arise, but they have been there for me every step of the way since day one – from providing advice on which software was best for our company to handling POS issues with immediacy and care.
