Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding pre-order items and the timing of your delivery. We did offer the option to change your order to an item with an earlier delivery date, and we appreciate you considering that. We’ll also review how we display availability to make it clearer for future customers. We hope your sofa arrives soon and meets your expectations once it does.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the sofa fits your space well and looks great. We understand that comfort is important. Our sofa beds use high-density foam, which provides durability and support, and it tends to soften with regular use. We also recommend trying soft linens to enhance comfort even further.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the pull-out bed with your mattress pad is comfortable and that your guest had a great night’s sleep. We appreciate your feedback about the arm bars making it tricky to tuck in sheets and will share this with our design team. It’s also great to hear you enjoyed seeing your photo on our website. Please reach out anytime if you have questions or need assistance.
