SPANXReviews of spanx.com

The product is outstanding. Very comfortable and great prices!

I ordered a beautiful pair of brown leggings which were too small. I reordered and our financial circumstances changed. I asked for a full refund which they supplied. I am a fan! Not many Co's are this compassionate. Thank you

Spanx products speak for themselves when it comes to top-tier quality, but their customer support is what makes them extraordinary. I have been a loyal Spanx customer for years, and while I’ve always loved the incredible quality of their products, their customer service team recently reminded me why this brand is truly in a league of its own. After submitting feedback about a recent order, I was blown away by how quickly and genuinely their team reached out to make sure I was happy. A huge thank you to Violet and Cindy on the Customer Experience Team, they didn't just solve my issue, they made me feel truly heard and valued as a long-time customer. Spanx clearly lives by a customer-first philosophy and genuinely cares about women’s happiness and satisfaction. It is so rare to find a company where the people behind the brand care just as much as the products show. Thank you, Spanx team!

Simple design and good quality.

This is my first order, and I was really impressed by the quality, production and design of the pants that I ordered. It does what it says it does, it is engineered for comfort. Looking forward shopping again with this company.

Review for Spanx I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I recently received from Spanx. My order was misdelivered by UPS to the wrong address. After confirming the issue, I reached out to Spanx by email. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly their customer service team responded. They immediately verified the carrier issue and shipped a replacement the very same day without making me jump through unnecessary hoops or questioning my honesty. I would especially like to recognize Violet, who handled my situation with professionalism, empathy, and remarkable efficiency. She took ownership of the issue from the very beginning and made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. Employees like Violet are a tremendous asset to your company, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. As it turned out, UPS eventually recovered the original package and delivered it to me—but only after Spanx had already shipped the replacement. As soon as the original package arrived, I contacted Spanx to let them know because I didn’t want them to incur an unnecessary loss. Their willingness to trust their customers and resolve the situation so quickly speaks volumes about the company’s values. Outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Spanx has absolutely earned my loyalty. Their products are fantastic, but it’s their customer care that truly sets them apart. Thank you, Violet, and thank you to the entire Spanx team for treating your customers with professionalism, kindness, and trust. You’ve gained a customer for years to come.
