We emailed on multiple occasions and never got a reply to cancel our subscription. Neither do we get notified in advance of upcoming renewals. Shame.

Cancelled my subscription and continued to be charged. Cannot get through to customer support. Do not join.

J'avait un compte depuis 2 semaines, j'ai commencé à faire des playlists etc... J'ai voulu y retourner recemment mais plus de compte. "Compte Inexistant" Trés déçu..

I have tried contacting support through their own help system twice - no reply after ten days. My account disappeared after uploading a track and whenever I try to login it acts as though I am setting up a new account - nothing's there! No sign of my page when I search, yet it was all there and functioning perfectly... then it just went away! There is no support - just loads of help pages that answer all the obvious questions. The 'bot' system is a joke. Absolutely nothing back from them at all - no wonder people are moving to other platforms... I'm now filling up Bandcamp with my content - at least they support artists.

Horrible customer service. Don't even bother contacting customer service, cause they won't help you. And don't sign up for premium, cause you won't be able to leave again.

Rubbish customer service, they never reply if you have a query. All they are interested in is taking money from your bank account.
