Everything was great!

My Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 came on time and as exactly how it was described. I like the product overview information as it was detailed and organized and made it easy for me to confirm that my computer specs meet the software requirement.

The price was great and was shipped promptly.

I ordered TurboTax on physical disk at a very good price. The merchandise was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after the package was opened that it was the previous year's product. I went back to the order page, and only then did I really notice it said 2015 in the description instead of the 2016 product I wanted. It was my error; I should have read (and thought about) the description more carefully. In my defense, tax prep is always for the previous calendar year, and I probably thought "2016, so 2015 is right", and kept going. Since the package was opened, it's non-returnable and I'm just writing it off to experience. A prominent banner stating "PREVIOUS YEARS" or something like that, making it more obvious, would have been appreciated, though. They quickly delivered exactly what I ordered. Just make sure you're ordering what you really want!

Good treatment.

Purchase experience was great. Great price, software was as described. Had a slight issue with delivery. There was a two day delay in shipping the product initially. When I requested, they immediately refunded the expedited shipment fee (for USPS express delivery) that I paid.

Product came in a reasonable time and worked (installed) just fine.
