Hey Karen! We're glad you gave us a shot before looking into other options for your pup. While we cannot give much reccomendation on how to administer CBD to your dog, we can say that dogs (like humans) have endocannabinoid systems. That said, we do reccomend using it consistentyly for about 2-3 so it can build up in their systems. Thank you!

Hey! Thanks for your thorough feedback and giving us an insight into your overall experience. A burnt wick is going to resemble a burnt or plastic taste. Pulling on the pen too hard or too frequent does not give the oil enough time to replenish the wick, so your next puff will be a dry burnt flavor since there is not enough oil for flavorful vapor to be produced. We have some exciting things in the works to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Hey Nina! We're bummed to hear that cream isn't giving you the experience you had hoped, but its awesome to hear about your observations. Our Muscle Rub is unique to us, as it is not a formulation identical to other creams or rubs on the shelves now. When looking at the cream you mentioned, we were able to find a similar ingredient between the two, being menthol; which has a very distinct smell and is common ingredient in like-creams. Other than that, the active ingredients found in Bengay are not found in the Select Muscle Rub. The list of ingredients, per U.S. regulations is descending in terms of weight. Since the CBD isolate we use does not weigh as much as the other components found in the cream, it has been recorded lower in the list. To be more specific, once our CBD isolate is added to a substance, it disappears; orderless and colorless. The Select Muscle Rub contains 250mg of CBD in the entire bottle. Depending on how many uses you get out of a bottle or how much you use at any particular time, the CBD delivered is going to vary. For example, if you were to get 20 uses out of the rub, each dollop you use would equate to ~12.5 mg. We appreciate you asking these questions and brining up these concerns. Hey Fred. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are still working hard to get Visa up and running, but we do than you for your understanding. Our endocannabinoid systems can take up to 2 weeks of consistent use for CBD to build up. Thanks again Fred!

Hey Jan. We are sorry to hear about the experiences you've had with our customer support team and shipping. FedEx had alerted us that they are no longer working with CBD companies. To make a quick decision, we had switched to USPS in the meantime and are now using UPS for all orders. You're right, there was not any language that had suggested we do not ship to PO boxes, but have now included that during the checkout process.
