All the information was very informative I'm looking forward to getting started with the program I'm also looking forward to getting my new laptop and I was really a little disappointed when one of the people that were there contacted me to let me know they were given an offer to join for half the amount that I paid for with the same full package I really would like for someone to get in touch with me as soon as possible

Danny and Drew were not there. They should have told us all that up front. There is no MP3 with real earphones like in the picture. It's about a cracker jack box imitation look alike plastic little thingy. NO book, no thumb drive with resource materials, no mention of a computer laptop. And no CD's (find them, hand them off and get paid) for every attendant mentioned on their site. Wow, is that legal? They did their pitch (cut a 90 minute presentation to 70 and 2 speakers, the presenter said he had to rush and so did the second presenter) to get all the poor people's money and it was over. Rolled us in and out. Oh, and breakfast was an (probably not real) egg sandwich with no meat a cold piece of american cheese and an apple and yogurt. Too many things were crocky. It's another scam to get money from poor people so they can continue buying properties and getting rich in my own opinion, while the poor continue to battle poverty. Another get money scheme. They did say you won't get rich. I guess that was to make us feel like it wasn't a scam. The speaker presenter spoke and got ghost. Although I think it's a brilliant idea to pool money and buy property, I am unenthused by the method. The staff and speakers were very impersonal and programed. I felt unconnected and herded. We looked up and it was over they began to herd us out. I looked so forward to this event, thinking it would look like the one on their site. I'm guessing that's the $1157 3-day course they offer at the end. Why can't people just be truthful...oh, I know because people wouldn't attend. Got it! Good luck with that. Thanks but no thanks!

Miss Lady, Thank you for your comments and help. Because of comments like this we are changing our program to better fit the needs of those who attend. It is our policy as a company "To Tell It Straight" and to make good on everything we commit to do. I hope your thoughts will help make this program better for others.

I've been to several real estate events. By far this company was was not the best event. In the begin they had Drew & Danny share their story and a few homes and apartment buildings they done. Then had to leave right away. I thought the main event was about them but some other guy hosted an took over. Didnt go much into dept mostly promoted to go to a 3 day workshop where most of their info will be covered. They ask a high amount of money to attend 3 days. I've been to other events payed a fraction 1/10 cost just for a 3 day event. Then they were rushing to get a different speaker to change the topic to investing into stocks vs options. That was not what i signed up for. But after that they fed us lunch meals then went on to sell their programs about stock options. They claim stock option is another way to make income with real estate. Sure when your an expert. But real estate is alot to cover before finding another source of income. I just felt like they rush 3 speakers into a small amount of time. Would been nice they just had Drew & Danny hosted the event mostly go over more about wholesale, rehabing fix&flip, snapflip, renovate to rent. Then people would be sold to learn more at the 3 day event and maybe... pay the high price for what they ask for. Again i payed 1/10 of a fraction to attend other real estate 3 day work shops before. Would i reccomend real estate as a good business? Yes. Would i reccomend this commany? Maybe.. just need better agenda and interaction with audiences.

Get real this is basically 'Bird-dogging' with your phone. You can put together the same network without spending $2,400+ to do so. Get wise people open your eyes to reality. Hit the library get the same information for far less, better, will tell you the loopholes and pitfalls before you spend your hard earned money. Use your funds for equipment and true setup.

Went 2.5 hours plus...over half about another subject....in the second presenter get someone who speaks with more clarity.

I'm not sure about it; I signed up for the 3 day training for $1147 and the 2 day investment training for an additional $197, I'm fine with that as long as it works but I don't have money to throw away. I've been researching what others have said, some good and some bad but have also read that there are additional classes costing up to $30000
