Good luck trying to cancel an order and get your money back. I ordered the TFV12 Prince tank from them, and after a couple of weeks waiting for them to ship it, I ended up buying the Prince tank for a lesser price and a faster delivery from a different site. I sent this people multiple emails asking them to cancel the order and refund my money back. They kept ignoring my emails and still decided to ship the tank after a MONTH. Stay away from them!

Warranty process is useless. Been waiting a week for a resolution on a faulty mod. Last communication was Wednesday asking me to confirm my address even though it was in the proof of purchase. Come on smok, how long does it take to ship a replacement??

Junk. Been vaping for years. Bought 2 Vape pen 22's. No way to stop the leaking. Wish I'd read reviews first.

I have been using the v8 t8 coils since they came out. I recently purchased a box of bad coils 2 burned out in a week at 95 Watt and the third leaks like a sieve. I called to get the box replaced (I have never called to replace anything before) and they refuse to stand behind their coils even though the associate said it was probably a bad batch!!!!!

ORDERED A $100 MOD FROM THE SMOK SITE WHICH I HAD NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM DIRECT LIKE THIS.WEBSITE CLEARLY SHOWED 3 TO 5 DAY FED-EX AS THE SHIPPING METHOD AND CHARGED ME $18 FOR SHIPPING WHICH IS FREAKING HIGH! BUT I PAYED IT.ABOUT 4 DAYS LATER I STILL HAD NO SHIPPING INFO.I CALLED A NUMBER AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO DIRECT WAY TO CALL SMOK AND GAVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS,SO I EMAILED THEM.THEY EMAILED ME BACK WITH TRACKING INFO FOR DHL AND IT IS COMING FROM HONG HONK AND NOT IN THE US.! THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THE SHIPPING METHOD AND THE SHIPPING TIME! BEWARE! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! ALSO,THE PEOPLE TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING YOU ORDER ON THEIR SITE COMES FROM CHINA.

Don't buy Smok product from smok site. They have the worst costumer service. Order been pending for week. They make up BS excuses. I order same item from another vape website the next day. They shipped it out and gave me tracking number. Smok has good product. But they suck at selling the product them self.

Absolute Dog sh!t I bought the smok alien 220w last year, It was fantastic for 5 days, then it just died, I thought maybe it was just a bad mod, then went with Geekvape (Fantastic BTW) I lost my Geekvape, needed something just to get me through the week, So I bought a Smok Mag V8, opened it, the tank supplied was not recognised by the Mod, lucky I had a spare Innokin Plex 510 laying around, that worked fine, the Mag lasted a whole 7 days, albeit a vast improvement from the Alien 220w, but still not good enough!! Please Please Please Avoid at all costs!!! Stick with Innokin, Greekvape, hell even the cheap sh!te from the petrol station is guaranteed to last longer than this absolute pile of dog faeces!
