Our installer showed up right on time. He was very pleasant and informative while he installed our system. We have only had the system for a couple of weeks but are very pleased with the service so far. They are also about half the price of our previous alarm company.

We are so happy that we have Smith Thompson, the installation was smooth, the installer was professional. We called the support number because I had a question and they answered my question quickly. A friend had recommended them to us and we are grateful.

Can you say easy, friendly and quick. The easy was the website was user friendly with all the information right there at your finger tips. The friendly was the customer service department when you call to set up the installation and the person that installed the equipment. The quick was how quick I could get the installation set up and installed. Love the no contract and the system ... paid the extra $$ for the app to turn the alarm on and off from the smartphone it's great too...

I just recently made a change from my previous security monitoring company to Smith Thompson on the recommendation of a very close friend. The tech that came to my house was extremely professional and friendly. I've been very pleased with the service that I've received and the individuals that I've been in contact with regarding my installation and my account. I'm also pleased with the price I received. I wish I had made the move a long time ago.

It was super fast and easy top schedule an appointment, better yet they showed up at the time they said they would. Never tried to "up-sell" anything we did not want/need. Thanks for the great experience!

I have been nothing but impressed by Smith Thompson! The call to customer service to schedule a system replacement was easy enough, with up front pricing! The technician was awesome, he was professional and courteous. He not only arrived an hour early, but he didn’t waste my time or money with extras that I simply did not need. He did his job within a reasonable time frame and I was able to get on with my weekend!! I was an ADT customer for way too long, kicking myself by having wasted so much money when I should have gone with Smith Thompson from the beginning!!!!

I am so impressed with Smith Thompson. They have wonderful customer service and Ryan my tech was fantastic with the install! I was an ADT customer for 9 years at my previous home and I can't believe the money I wasted with them! Get Smith Thompson now for great service for a fraction of the cost! Sarah Melton
