My impression has been very good. And I thought the salespeople were very helpful and informative. Now saving more than $ 30 a month by switching and the cellular alarm data transmission is the only way to go! It's fast, very fast. And I did a little research and found that there monitoring center is right here in town which I love.

We have had Smith Thompson Security for many years. We recently moved and they were very helpful moving our service to our new home. They always have a quick response to our alarms and are always very courteous and helpful when I call.

From the moment we first called, it has been smooth. We are pleased with the price, for sure. Much better than our prior carrier. The app makes it easy for us to use the system remotely. We had an issue come up after installation, they came the very next day to fix the issue. If this is a sign of things to come, we will be long-term customers.

I have just posted a review on yelp but I just want to share my experience in this site also. Installation was a breeze, no salesman BS, just what you needed. Why pay other company like XDT for $44.00 plus tax when you can get it in less than 20 dollars using the same technology? The best part is that there is no contract, so I can cut the cord anytime.

The service from sales through installation & the response time to a couple of false alarms has been good. The staff has been courteous & professional. I liked that this is a locally owned company & it was recommended by personnel working at my insurance company. Sue D

Installer came out and fitted the system. About 3 weeks later I had a technical problem with the keypad. Without hesitation they came out and replaced it.
