What a great change! I switched over and am so much happier with Smith Thompson Home Security. Before, I was getting ripped off. I wish I knew earlier what I know now. They are the best. From sales, to installation and service, they rock. Love this company!

I had another home security company for 35 years, they kept going up up , until I met SMITH THOMPSON. I scheduled an appointment (at my convenience) a skilled technician came out did the job, i was so pleased , everything works "GREAT" For the money , the excellent service , you just can't beat it ! Smith Thompson is great! I was referred by family friend. The scheduling was easy and quick, no contract which is great. Our technician came and got it done very quickly and then took the time to explain everything!

Love this alarm company and the ease/convenience of the mobile app! It's really simple to use and gives me the feeling that I'm safe. Haven't had any troubles with this company so far!
