I have seemingly insurmountable barriers working with the hearing world. I am Deaf. I use adaptive equipment to hear on the phone. Your agent Chase in Chanhassen, MN went above and beyond the call of duty to walk me through Smartpress' online order form. I am an author. I needed some graphics for the current book (my 9th novel ... see facebook: authorstephanieschwartz)that I am working on to submit to the publisher. He deserves a raise! Brilliant guy. Very grateful. Our ministry has used Smartpress for 9 years to print our booklets for kids' workbooks and leader teaching books. The quality of the booklets from their printed pages, to high-resolution pictures, to sturdy, high-quality covers and pages are very professional and an incredible blessing to our ministry! Smartpress is quick to produce and ship orders, and they have excellent customer service!

I have been working with Smartpress for about 9 years now. In the beginning the quality and customer service were ok and the prices were stellar. Since then, the prices went up a smidge (still lower than anything printed locally) but the customer service and quality have skyrocketed. They have really earned my trust over the last couple of years and I never have to wonder if I'll be surprised when I open their boxes (which can definitely be an issue when you're using online vendors). I highly recommend them for every day printing needs. I also recommend getting the swatch book if you're new to Smartpress. Super helpful. And if you worked with Smartpress years ago and had an ok experience... give them another try!
