Customer service is usually great at responding, and this was no different. Some packages were damaged by FedEx, and Smartpress took away some of our shipping cost to make up for it... I've enjoyed working with them over the years, and the quality of the products is great.

I've used Smartpress for more than a decade now for my annual family newsletter that I like to send, and other people like to throw away. Through it all, though, Smartprees has been there for me, and always at a good price (even YOY). The quality is always superb, and they take massive file sizes too. Print quality was great, color and paper quality was excellent. When ordering the trifold brochure, I had to upload my pdf twice, not realizing the fold options on your site. But otherwise, communication was excellent throughout the whole process for my first time of printing with you. I would definitely use Smartpress again!

I've used Smartpress for several years now and have had great experiences. I order cards and calendars for my fine art business and the quality has always been great, with fast turnaround time and prompt shipping. This year was the first out of five that there was any issue/delay with my order, and the customer service team went above and beyond to make it right.
