They looked simple to use and I needed something to make my face stop hurting at night. Stopped discolouring my face but not air escaping

Struggling to follow the instructions with respect to the pics. It appears to be too small/too tight. Jim

Linner doesn't help. Actually much more uncomfortable.

Although the purchasing was easy and delivery was timely I have given a 3 star rating because I think the actual product is quite average. It is soft and feels great against the skin, I have a nasal mask, but I have not been able to use it as an hour or two into sleeping it becomes very noisy and the sound wakes me and my husband. The cover would be better if it was about an inch longer so it could then fit on my mask the way it is supposed to. At the current length I cannot get it to tuck over the way it should.

I received my snugz and was excited to use it. I wear a small mask and had no trouble putting it on. However, it is not a good fit on my face, a lot of air leaks. Disappointed. I am going to try again to make it work. It's a good idea.
