Easy to follow instruction on how to use the So-Clean and so far so good since I used the machine twice since I got it.

So far this product is exactly as advertised. Simple to use and very efficient

The modest discount offered is a nice gesture... the So Clean 2 unit is still expensive. I appreciated the free (but useless) adapter as well. My system only required the rubber diffuser tube which was very difficult to remove from the adapter. Included was another small bag with the same part. It would have been cheaper and much easier to include only the adapter or tube depending on the requirements of the system specified when the order was placed. Or, just install the tube on the required adapter and keep the unnecessary hardware. Again, glad it was free! All said, I'm satisfied with the product and transaction, and now better understand what my setup calls for.

It struggled with a head cold. I believe this machine is helping me. The cold is gone. It was a good buying experience.

Find products and responsiveness excellent. Wish they were a Kaiser vendor. Their products are so expensive. Also the portable didn't come with a carrying case and the humidifier didn't come with one either.

The order was received sooner than expected and was accurate. My only regret is that the site did not indicate that there was a discount in effect for purchasing two. I had seen such an offer but it did not clearly appear during the ordering process.
