I worked with Matthew and Colby and they were both very profession and easy to talk to. Matthew listened to my requests, provided suggestions, and did not pressure me. Matthew treated me with respect. He acknowledged that this situation is difficult and didn’t ignore the sadness that I’m experiencing. They made me feel comfortable. I called and spoke with Matthew and he immediately attended to my needs. I told him what casket I was looking for and he texted me that it was available and proceed to process my order and provided me with a delivery date. Actually it was delivered a day earlier to the funeral home.

We recently experienced the death of our mother and father within a two month period. After the experience with ordering my mother’s coffin went so smoothly, we were certain to place the order for our father’s, as well. The latter coffin was a custom order. However, my father passed within several days of placing the order. Matthew went above and beyond in expediting the process to have the shipment completed much sooner than expected. If I could, I would give 10 Stars based on the pricing, the expedited shipping, and most of all the amazing customer service we received.

My family and I are so thankful for Mr. Matt for assisting and helping our family during this time of need. With we needing to lay my father to rest, and being in a crunch as far as time as well as well as with our current financial situation, we were assisted and are graciously thankful for he working with us through this difficult time.
