They knew exactly which casket I was referring to. Spoke directly with one of the owners and he had the casket on a 2 o'clock shipment that day ensuring delivery on time. They were precise and on point allowing us to get back to the many responsibilities to be taken care of concerning our Mom's funeral arrangements.
