Incorrect pricing
I still cannot figure out why your site quote for CVS when pulled and shows 19.00 but when the pharmacy rings it up they get 24.00. Happens at CVS all the time.

If you are not part of our free loyalty program or if you are not logged into your loyalty account, the price that you are probably seeing is our loyalty member price. This price includes the $5 of extra member savings that our members get on their first prescription filled with SingleCare. The price right underneath it is the regular SingleCare price. I get a price from SingleCare and then King Soopers Pharmacy is always more. I do appreciate the savings on my NP thyroid since I am on Medicare, it really helps me.

I was supposed to receive $5.00 off a prescription but I did not and I have no idea why or how to receive that .

Hi there, We're sorry to hear this. When you use our discount card for the first time, the $5 bonus should be automatically applied. We would like to double-check that the date of birth associated with your prescription is the same one that you used to sign up for our loyalty program? If these don't match, then the loyalty points will not be automatically applied.
