I ordered 1 pen. Never received it! Was told they sent out a “replacement “. never got that either! I want a full refund, but to no avail!!

I placed the order. A few days later I received an email for tracking the package. The tracking number always says there is an error. Still don't have my pen. Ordering was really simple. Can't wait to try my pen, if I ever get it. Maybe then I can write a better review. But for now, no pen. No tracking. And I'd have to say, buyer beware...

Ordered on Aug 19. As for today (Sept 1) I still have no news from shipping. I don't even know if it's scheduled. Sent several messages but not the slightest answer. It was a birthday present, now it's too late. I can understand a delay in shipping but not the lack of communication. It's just disrespectful.

Got two of these fountain pens through Instagram. I ordered one fine and one medium nib. They looked good with a nice green and a nice blue finish. They feel and write well enough when immediately filled with ink but the major problem with both of them is that the cap seal is extremely poor so even if left for 10 minutes (capped) they are completely dry and require extended fiddling to get them writing again. Drying out so quickly makes them essentially useless for me so not worth the effort despite the “good deal”. Going in the trash!

2 brand new pens, one fine and one 1.1 italic, and they both leaked on the 2nd day. Disappointing. I contacted the company, hopefully they’ll do something.

I purchased a pen from this company, and they sent me a tracking number that does not exist. I have tried contacting them several times through their customer support email, but they have not responded to any of my messages. At this point, I have no idea what is happening with my order or with the money I paid. I am very concerned about the lack of communication and the fact that I was provided with an invalid tracking number.
